Rules (shamelessly stolen from albur-lily's page)
1 - I will add the first 13 people to comment on this journal to the Promotional List.
2 - For each of those 14 people, I will put their avatar and three deviations I like from their gallery on the list.
3 - If I feature you, you'll have to do the same in your journal, putting me in first place, completing the list with 14 people in this way.
The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!
Note: I am not cool enough to have a subscription, so no thumbails, but I will post links and effusive praise for your works.

albur-lily is a creature of myriad talents, her gallery bursting with mad-awesome custom ponies, photographs, jewelry, traditional media works, and likely some creations that defy man's pitiful attempt at earthly categorization. With such a sumptuous buffet of deviations to choose from, I ask that you take pity on my feeble attempt to select a mere three of them feature.
Grow Old With Me A serendipitous capture of a lovely message in the sand.
Lily Dew A sweet custom My Little Pony, and sad proof that albur-lily can style synthetic pony hair better than I can style my for reals person hair.
Geisha - Helena of Saffron Intricate watercolors in a tight but neat composition. Very calming--a visual foot rub.

faerieglamour has a small but varied gallery, with talents ranging from animesque (I say it's a word) portraiture to fractalicious colorsplosions (also words, trust me) to photographs of very creative makeup. And she's also an extremely competent roleplayer, both online and off.
Wheat Field Although one of the simpler pieces in faerieglamour's gallery, the wheat stalks depicted in silhouette against sunrise oranges and yellows make for a very appealing contrast. And she did it with a real live brush and paint, which always impresses this digital devotee.
Sunset Once again, my eyes were drawn to a simpler piece, this one in grayscale. I like the use of bold geometric lines, and how the rays and light of the Sun are conveyed even in the absence of color. An interesting style, and one I hope faerieglamour comes back to now and then.
We're so lost I love men with horns, especially big curly ones (and I wouldn't let Freud touch that proclamation with a 10 foot...I'm just going to stop now.) Not only is the character, Norse, a cutie (and his clothes remind me of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus--awesome,) but his position is interesting and well-depicted.

One of the fun things about DarkJediPrincess, a seriously prolific artist, is watching her style grow and change. Her gallery currently stands at 21 pages long, and I expect another dozen or so in the next few months.
Revan, Past and Present Nicely detailed pencil work, if a little hard to see under the watermark. But you can't blame a girl for wanting to keep tabs on her creative output.
Heart's Discord: Aiden A study in calming blues--but don't miss the smirk on Aiden's face! I like the flowy-ness of his robes. I can imagine that it would look awesome if he was fighting or somesuch.
DBFS: Kat Full Body Glowy and shiny! I bet you could see your face in her patent leather pants--always a good thing in my book. And check out the hypnotic shading of the hair.

If lucious ladies and super-smooth pencils sound like your kind of party, get thee hence to TheVikingGoddess's gallery! Portraiture and illustration, as well as some very nice black and white photography, are the order of the day here.
The Bridge of Sighs First up in our tour is a lovely shot of Venice, which was actually picked out for featuring by my Aria-luvin' hubby. I like the contrast of smooth dark water and intricate white architecture.
The Joanite's Wife See what I mean about lucious? The rich roundness of the female figure depicted here is greatly complimented by the smoothly gradiated shading. And I'm a sucker for interesting facial adornments!
Explanation Required I think this is an important PSA to the mothers and fathers of all young sea turtles. Furthermore, it's extremely cute (and slightly disturbing) and nice and colorful! Definitely read the artist's notes beneath for the full story.

My favorite atheist besides my mom, InverseReality-2 has an impressive array of artistic styles laid out for your viewing pleasure. Block prints, illustrations, fanart, fractals, photos...get over there and look, already! If you like superfine ladies as much as I do, you'll find plenty to drool over at InverseReality-2's page.
Final: Female Exile Draft 13 Speaking of superfinery, here's the Exile in a pose that's just the right combination of eye-searing sexy and ass-kicking scary. I love the color choices and the coloring of the skin.
Meditation Something about this photo just really caught my eye. The colors are again great, but I really like the off-kilter framing. Considering half of my photos end up with either a thumb or the lens cap blocking the view, I'm particularly impressed by people who wield a camera with such skill.
Monotype: Fun in Art Class Everyone loves an artsy penis!

the gunpowder treason and plot.
I see no reason why the gunpowder treason
